Provo to Get New Student Housing

R&O Construction has laid the foundation on Joaquin Village, a new student housing project at 600 E. 600 N. in Provo, Utah. Joaquin Village in Provo, Utah, will house more than 900 Brigham Young University students in two buildings of three to five stories over one level of parking.
