Music producer proposes music-themed mall in Pleasant Grove

Music producer Thomas Brown proposed a music mall concept to investors, developers, property owners, real estate agents and elected officials at the Pleasant Grove Community Center. Dubbed Grove City, the 500,000 square feet of luxury shopping and more than 20 restaurants will complement the music theme of the project. The $150-million mall will include a 10,000-seat performing arts facility and a fine arts academy. The principals for Grove City will be introducing the concept to an international development convention put on each May in Las Vegas called ICSC or RECon. Provo Daily Herald
