Springville chooses new bid for community park project

After a second round of bidding, Springville awarded a bid for its Community Park project at a city council meeting Tuesday evening. Westland Construction earned the project with a $745,000 pitch and finish date of May 2011. The park, located in the west fields near 500 West and 500 North, will include three baseball fields, restroom facilities, a playground area and all requisite infrastructure. Provo Daily Herald
