Earth work underway for possible Costco in Spanish Fork
After Sunroc began bulldozing near North Park this week, Mayor Wayne Andersen told the Daily Herald that "the ground is being prepared with the intent that Costco will occupy that site." The city plans to make an official announcement once negotiations and contracts are complete, probably in early 2012. After that, if all goes well, the new warehouse store could be open for business toward the end of the year. Daily Herald
